17 months

Avery was 17 months on Saturday! Adam and I look at each other probably once a week and say where has the time gone? Why is she so big? What have we been doing? Remember when? Oh, the joys of parenthood! I don't really know what else to say except that she is growing like crazy, talks a lot, starting to eat better (her face is getting fuller), becoming more and more independent, more confident and less fearful, more loving and so sweet. After going to a Halloween party at a friends house and talking with other moms about the difference between children...I am trying to enjoy her lovable, cuddly self as much as possible. We may not have another child as affectionate and loving as Avery! Enjoy these pictures...Mommy has to play chase in order to get good smiles!

George!

Curious George...Avery loves him. I saw him in Kohl's and was a total sucker! I kept telling myself I did not want any more stuffed animals for Avery because they just sit and take up space and she only has a few that she really likes (bear, bear #2, and now George) Well, we have even taught her how to say George! It is so cute! She has no clue about his books or anything else, but she sure likes him! She still prefers bear to sleep with! She walked about half of the morning with George and Bear #2. Today she wrapped George in his blanket, hugged him, kissed him. She is so lovable!
