A Day at the Pool

I am obviously way behind in blogging because we are back home safely. But needless to say, I haven't made time to blog lately...so we will just pretend we are still on vacation...That would be great!

After a long swim...everyone needs a snack...Avery's choice snack this week was cheese puffs and grapes! She probably ate close to 3 pounds of grapes if not more!
She is getting to be such a big girl!

Shannon Tanner

Shannon Tanner is an adult and child entertainer here at Shelter Cover Marina in Hilton Head. He sings and plays guitar for all ages. His show on Tuesday night ends with fireworks. Here are some pictures from Tuesday evening.

Way past bedtime and sleepy!

Teddy Bear...Teddy Bear...

Avery has really become attached to Teddy Bears. She has a Teddy Bear that she sleeps with and we made a rule that we would keep Teddy in her bed. So we were shopping at a furniture store in Lexington and the lady gave Avery this Teddy Bear. She has since fell in love with him as well. She doesn't sleep with him...but loves to give him hugs and kisses.

A New Car

Avery got a new car before coming to Hilton Head. I found this on clearance and thought she might really like to sit in this and "beep" the horn. She enjoys playing with it in the condo as well as in the water.

Trying to beep the horn...it actually beeps! Avery is not strong enough to do it though!

Climbing is a new thing...she loves to get in and out of cars, boxes, up/down stairs, up/down out of the pool, up/down benches, etc

More from Savannah!

This is a candy shop that we went to in the old city market in Savannah. Avery was fascinated by the train that went around the top of the store and the lollipops!
